Mary's fast success on the Keller Williams team springboarded her to individual agency, but her first sale was while still practicing dentistry in 2011, having earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville (and before it, a bachelor's in Biology from the University of Arkansas). Even before formally entering the profession, she achieved remarkable real estate success. Together with her husband, Mary renovated and sold multiple properties in a sell-by-owner capacity, undertaking the design, marketing, and staging themselves.
